This year the tributes will be playing the games in the frozen tundra.
This mean many things. The food will be more scarce, it will be harder to find, and won't last very long. This will make you very vulnerable for starving.
This year the tributes will also have to search for warmth. There will be no source of warmth at the Cornucopia at the start of the game, making it harder. Although there will be warmth in different areas of the arena.
The warmth in the arena will be scarce. Very few will have warmth. When you kill a tribute if they have warmth you can take it from them.
If you got 48 hours without warmth YOU WILL FREEZE TO DEATH.
